Successmore Being (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a Public Listed Company with Head Office in Thailand was established in 2012 as a business distributing consumer goods, both domestically and overseas. The company went public and was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in 2020. Successmore’s founders, President Dr. Sitthawee Kriatchawanun and CEO Noppakrit Nithilertvijit have been friends since the age of five. The childhood friends studied in the same school until grade 12 and grew up with the same ambition, that is, the dream of a better life. This ambition was the foundation that led to the successful establishment of Successmore PLC. The company has grown to a scale of more than 150,000 staff strength in Thailand and in six of the Asian Economic Community (AEC) countries across Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, Cambodia, Vietnam, and Laos.  With 8-years of history and highly reputable, they are also the official product distributors in the six AECs.

Following Their Dreams

The two founders, President Dr. Sitthawee Kriatchawanun and CEO Noppakrit Nithilertvijit both have in-depth knowledge in network marketing and strive to give back to society by offering innovative products to help people live better lives. With 16 years of collective experience in a similar business with their previous company, the childhood friends decided to strike out on their own, firmly committed to creating inspiration for the soul and to develop and change people’s lifestyles. They followed the philosophy of “Inspiration for Your Being” to create a “wellness & well-being community” through its innovative products and business platform in a form of network marketing.

Of course, there were several obstacles when they were setting up. As a ‘people-centric business’ understanding and communicating to build a wide operating network with people were key to overcoming those obstacles. It was also important that they utilized their budget wisely. The faith their consumers had in them also played a large part in helping them overcome the many obstacles that came up over the years.

After its conversion to a public company in 2020, Successmore’s commitment to develop and inspire people’s lives grew stronger. Following their philosophy from the time of the company’s inception, Successmore continues to offer quality products selected by expert physicians and create opportunities in the form of efficient systems to help their consumers build potential and upgrade their status in terms of wealth, happiness, and lifetime achievements. Successmore also directly manages its factories that produce and control the quality of Successmore products to deliver the best product quality to their customers. They are also the only Thai network marketing company that is listed on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).

Employees are also an important part of the organization. BODi Design Set

One of their complementary products, the BODi Design Set is a weight management bundle that helps to maintain, balance, tone the body, and burn off extra calories while increasing metabolism at the same time. To achieve sustainable results, Successmore launched the 2-month campaign “BODi Design Challenge 2020 Campaign” weight-loss program designed to complement individual lifestyles. The campaign aimed to persuade participants to take the first step towards smart, long-lasting weight-loss results. The campaign became the ‘Talk of the Town” as Successmore invited Coach Mickey – Nol Allapach Na Pombhejara; a celebrity workout trainer, to coach the participants via the official Successmore online channels. Members could also learn exclusive workout techniques with Coach Mickey once a week at his private gym. The campaign received a lot of positive feedback from both the participants and the media.

Giving Back to Society

Spearheaded by the founders’ President Dr. Sitthawee Kriatchawanun and CEO Noppakrit Nithilertvijit, for the last seven years, Successmore has incorporated the annual Corporate Social Value (CSV) project in their staff community bonding. Thus far, the Mobile Medical Units have been deployed to the Rural areas across Thailand on 14 separate occasions.

Successmore has donated over 132,000 baht worth of products to the Ramathibodi Foundation, Mahidol University during the Covid-19 period. Alongside the donation, Successmore also maintains a welfare fund for its members with a budget of over 1.2-million-baht (for 195 members) to take care of accidental deaths of member’s families.

The Successmore Leadership Academy  (SLA)  program was established to deliver the right mindset, tools,  and skills required for the promotion of their sales product and program. Focusing on positive mentalities and good leadership skills, they impart modern techniques and business strategies to Successmore leaders and businessmen. This helped to improve operational performance and boost efficiency while increasing productivity at the same time. CEO Noppakrit Nithilertvijit was also invited to one of the top universities in Thailand, Chulalongkorn University, to share his strategic business acumen, creative and innovative skills with the younger generation.
