Eiffel Pinnaclez: Creating Meaningful Connections Through On-Ground Experiences
In today’s competitive retail landscape, getting a product onto supermarket shelves is only the first step. For brands to truly stand out, consumers need the opportunity to see, experience and taste what they are buying. This is where Eiffel Pinnaclez Pte Ltd has built its expertise.
Led by founder Ms Colyn, the company has been honoured with the SME Excellence Business Award 2026/2027, recognising its commitment to service excellence and its growing contribution to Singapore’s promotional and merchandising industry.

Turning Products into Experiences
Eiffel Pinnaclez specialises in promoter arrangements, product sampling and merchandising services for distributors and manufacturers whose products are stocked in supermarkets. By setting up tasting and sampling stations, the company helps brands bring their food products directly to consumers, creating opportunities for engagement and encouraging customers to experience products before making a purchase.
The company’s journey began through Ms Colyn’s early experiences in the events industry. She initially worked as a freelancer with Grace Event, collaborating on approximately four to five projects. Inspired by the experience and the opportunities within the industry, she subsequently registered her own company, Eiffel Events. After building and growing the business for approximately ten years, Eiffel Events evolved into Eiffel Pinnaclez Pte Ltd, reflecting the company’s continued development and increasingly specialised focus on promoter arrangements and merchandising services. Today, its work goes beyond simply placing a promoter at a sampling booth. Every campaign requires planning, product knowledge and an understanding of how to create the best possible experience for consumers.
Leading with Experience and Care

Behind the company is founder Ms Colyn, whose diverse professional journey has contributed significantly to her approach to business and people management. Before establishing herself in the events and promotional industry, she gained experience across a range of professions, including hotel F&B, office-based roles and the aviation industry, where she worked as an air stewardess in the Middle East. These experiences exposed her to different industries, cultures and people, helping to shape her understanding of customer service, communication and relationship-building.
Her eventual transition into events and promotions marked the beginning of a new entrepreneurial journey. Starting from the ground up, Ms Colyn learned the business step by step, from client communication and logistics to managing promoters and ensuring smooth execution across multiple locations.
Building a people-centric business has also presented its own challenges. Managing promoters requires navigating unpredictable schedules, last-minute cancellations and the constant need to ensure staff remain reliable and properly trained. At the same time, intense price competition has made it increasingly difficult for businesses to compete purely on cost while maintaining high standards of service.
For Ms Colyn, however, the answer has always been to focus on quality and relationships rather than simply offering the lowest price. Her leadership philosophy centres on empowering her team, protecting the welfare of promoters and maintaining fair communication between clients and freelance staff. She believes that putting genuine effort into helping clients succeed ultimately contributes to the success of the business itself.
A Tailored Approach to Every Product
One of Eiffel Pinnaclez’s greatest strengths lies in its personalised approach to product sampling. Rather than adopting a one-size-fits-all formula, the team studies each product individually to determine the most effective way to prepare and present it. This can involve selecting the appropriate cooking equipment, whether an air fryer or oven, and personally experimenting with different recipes to ensure products are prepared efficiently while delivering the best possible taste during sampling sessions.
The company also maintains a network of more than 400 regular and ad-hoc promoters, allowing it to deploy staff across different supermarket locations when required. However, scale does not come at the expense of quality control. The Eiffel Pinnaclez team remains actively involved in monitoring outlets, checking on promoters, ensuring displays remain neat and verifying that products are prepared according to the intended recipe.

Building Value Beyond the Sampling Booth
Eiffel Pinnaclez also understands that successful product promotion extends beyond a single event. By actively building relationships with supermarket teams, Ms Colyn and her team support their clients in developing stronger on-ground visibility. These relationships can eventually help brands achieve better product display opportunities, including more prominent shelf placements that improve exposure to consumers.
Looking ahead, Eiffel Pinnaclez has ambitions to expand beyond Singapore, with plans to explore opportunities in Malaysia and China. From its beginnings as a small promotional business to its development into a specialised provider of sampling and merchandising solutions, Eiffel Pinnaclez’s journey reflects the importance of experience, adaptability and genuine human connection.
As the company continues to grow, its mission remains clear: to help brands connect with consumers in meaningful ways, while creating opportunities for both its clients and the people who bring every campaign to life.
