Despite this, the company has successfully hired and retained 10 full-time employees, a milestone that speaks to its stable operations and strong team culture.

“We’re growing at a healthy pace,” Mr Lim notes. “The challenge is finding the right people, but we remain committed to building a solid workforce that upholds our standards.”

The story behind H2 Air Conditioning’s branding is a personal one. The name H2 originates from Mr Lim’s initials—Zhi Hong contains two ‘H’s—a subtle but meaningful tribute to his identity. The logo, designed by his sister, adds another layer of family-driven purpose to the company’s identity.
